4. update their personal data within 3 months of changing them.
First An honorary member shall exercise all the rights of an ordinary member. 2.
A Supporting Member enjoys all the rights of an Ordinary Member except the active and passive electoral right to the PTDT authorities. 3.
A Supporting Member is obliged to pay annually to the PTDT cashier the contribution defined by him in the declaration.
1. resignation in writing notified to the Main Board or Branch Board.
2. expulsion from the membership register by the Main or Branch Board due to default in payment of membership fees for more than 12 months, despite two written reminders.
3. exclusion from the Colleague Court for activities that are contrary to the Statutes, regulations and resolutions of the Association's authorities or for unethical behaviour or behaviour to the detriment of PTDT
4. exclusion by the Main Board or the Branch Board as a result of a court sentence for loss of public rights
Death of a member.
An ordinary member has the right to appeal to the Peer Court against a resolution of the Main or Branch Board regarding expulsion from the membership list.

Striking off the list of supporting members by the Main or Branch Board due to the fact that the membership fee has been outstanding for more than two years, despite two written reminders.
- Peer Court. 2.
The term of office of the supreme authorities is three years. 3.
The President may serve the same function elected not longer than two terms.
The highest authority of the PTDT is the General Assembly of Delegates. 2.
The General Meeting of Delegates can be convened as extraordinary or ordinary. 3.
- adopting the main directions of PTDT activities and guidelines for the General Board,
- electing the General Board, the Main Auditing Committee and the Peer Court,
- discharge of the General Board upon the motion of the General Audit Committee after considering the reports of the General Board, the General Audit Committee and the Peer Court,
- Granting and withdrawing the title of a Honorary Member upon the request of the General Board,
- Determining the amount of membership fees and other financial benefits of members, adopting amendments to the Statutes,
- Consider other matters submitted in writing before the meeting by the PTDT General Authorities, Branch Board or at least ten ordinary members.
The General Meeting of Delegates is convened by the Main Board once every three years. 2.
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Delegates may be convened on the basis of: the resolution of the Main Board, the request of the Main Reviewing Committee or on the joint motion of at least five branch boards. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Delegates shall debate only the matters for which it has been convened and shall be attended by delegates elected for the last General Meeting of Delegates. 3.
The General Meeting of Delegates is attended by delegates elected by General Assemblies of branches in the ratio of one delegate for the number of ordinary members set by the Board, or all members of PTDT. 4.
The General Meeting of Delegates is attended by members of the supreme authorities and presidents of the branches. 5.
5th The General Meeting of Delegates is valid if it is attended by at least 2/3 of delegates, and in the second term regardless of the number of delegates.
6th Resolutions of the General Meeting of Delegates are passed by a majority of votes present at the time of voting.
7th Elections to the supreme authorities are secret. The number of proposed candidates is not subject to limitation.
The Main Board consists of ten to twenty persons and, from among them, elects a chairperson, three vice-chairpersons, a secretary general, a treasurer and a member of the presidium, who constitute the Presidium of the Main Board.
§ 24
The competences of the General Board include:
1) Directing the activities of PTDT in accordance with the Statutes and the main directions and guidelines adopted by the General Meeting of Delegates.
2) Representing the PTDT externally and acting on its behalf. 3) Adopting and implementing plans for the PTDT.
3) Adopting and implementing the PTDT activity plans. 4) Approving annual estimates of the PTDT.
4. approval of annual budget estimates and reports on the annual implementation of the budget and the report of the term of office of the General Board.
5. convening the General Meeting of Delegates.
6) Managing the PTDT property.
7) Establish, suspend and dissolve regional branches, determine the territorial range of their activities, supervise their activities and coordinate these activities, as well as repeal resolutions and decisions of branch authorities.
8. evaluating the activity of its branches and providing them with guidance and assistance.
9) Appoint committees, teams or sections in the PTDT to carry out specific tasks and delegate such tasks to branch boards and individual ordinary members.
10. award honorary badges, distinctions and prizes.
Apply for state decorations. 12.
12) Submitting reports to the General Meeting of Delegates.
13th Periodically informing members of the PTDT of its activities. 14.
14) Passing regulations concerning the activities of the PTDT.
15) Passing other resolutions related to the activities of the PTDT.
§ 25
In the case of resignation of members of the authorities during the term of office, the authorities have the right to co-opt, but the number of co-opted members may not exceed 1/3 of the elected authorities.
§ 26
(1) Meetings of the General Board shall be held as needed, but not less frequently than once every six months.
At least one meeting a year is plenary, with participation of Branch Presidents, Chair of the General Audit Committee and Chair of the Peer Court, who have an advisory vote.
§ 27
(1) Between meetings of the Main Board the PTDT activities are managed by the Presidium of the Main Board in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Presidium of the Main Board adopted by the Main Board.
Resolutions of the Presidium of the Main Board are adopted by a simple majority of votes in the presence of at least three members of the Main Board Presidium, including the President or Vice President, and are subject to acceptance by the Main Board at its next meeting. 3.
The Presidium of the Main Board shall meet as needed, but not less frequently than every two months.
§ 28
(1) The Main Audit Committee shall consist of seven persons and shall elect a chairperson and a deputy chairperson from among its members.
(2) The meetings of the Main Audit Commission shall be held as needed, but at least once a year, in accordance with the Regulations of the Main Audit Commission adopted by the General Meeting of Delegates.
Resolutions of the Audit Committee are adopted by a simple majority of votes, i.e. the resolution is valid when it receives at least 4 votes.
§ 29
The competences of the Main Reviewing Committee include:
1. control of the compliance of PTDT activities with the Statutes and regulations in force in Poland at least once a year.
Controlling the financial and economic activities of PTDT. 3.
3. making reports at the General Assembly of Delegates. 4.
4. proposal at the General Meeting of Delegates to grant a vote of approval to the resigning General Board.
5) Submitting remarks and motions on the PTDT activities at the General Board meetings. 6) Adopting regulations, instructions and guidelines for the PTDT.
6. adopting regulations and instructions for the Branch Review Boards and supervising their activities.
§ 30
Members of the Main Audit Committee can take part in an advisory capacity in
The members of the Main Review Board can take part in the meetings of the General Authorities and the Branch Authorities in an advisory capacity.
§31
The Peer Court consists of seven persons and elects a chairperson and deputy chairperson from among its members. 2.
The Peer Court acts on the basis of regulations adopted by the General Meeting of Delegates.
§ 32
The powers of the Peer Court include:
Consideration of disputes arising between PTDT members in matters related to the activities of PTDT. 2.
Passing penalties of admonition, suspension in membership rights up to 1 year or exclusion from PTDT. A member of the PTDT has the right to appeal from the ruling to the Peer Court in a different composition.
Chapter V
Branches:
§ 33
The Society establishes local branches and defines their scope of activity by resolution of the Main Board. 2.
Branches are field organs of PTDT appointed by the Main Board. 3.
The authorities in a branch office are:
- General Meeting of the Branch,
- Branch Board,
- The Audit Committee of the Branch. 4.
Provisions of § 25 apply accordingly.
§ 34
A General Meeting of the Branch shall be convened by the Branch Board once every three years. A General Meeting of the Branch shall be valid if at least half of the regular members with the right to vote attend it on the first date, and 1/4 of the members on the second date, but not less than 12 regular members with the right to vote attend it. 2.
An Extraordinary General Meeting of a Branch can be convened on the basis of: a resolution of the Main Board, a motion of the Main Audit Committee or at the request of 1/4 of ordinary members with the right to vote who belong to a given Branch. An Extraordinary General Meeting of a Branch shall be convened only to discuss the matter for which it has been convened.
§ 35
The competences of the General Meeting of the Branch include
1.1.Granting a vote of approval to the resigning Branch Board after hearing reports of the Branch Board and the Branch Review Board.
1.2. Electing the Branch Board and the Branch Review Board.
Election of delegates to the General Meeting of Delegates.
Adopting guidelines for the Branch Board.
Considering issues and motions submitted to the Branch Board by the Branch members or PTDT authorities and included in the agenda of the General Meeting of the Branch. 2.
Resolutions of the General Meeting of the Branch are binding for the Branch Board, the Branch Review Board and the Branch members.
§ 36
The Branch Board shall consist of five to ten members and shall elect from among its members a chairman, one or two vice-chairmen, a secretary and a treasurer. 2.
Meetings of the Branch Board shall be held as the need arises, though not less frequently than once every two months, according to the regulations of the Branch Boards' activities adopted by the Main Board.
§ 37
The tasks of the Branch Board include
1. realizing the statutory goals.
2) Manage the Branch activities in accordance with the resolutions and stipulations of the PTDT supreme authorities. 3) Represent the Branch at its own meetings.
Represent the Branch within its area of activity. 4.
4. developing action plans and their implementation. 5.
5) Calling General Assemblies of the Branch and other meetings of the Branch members. 6) Cooperating with other associations and organizations.
6. cooperating with other associations, authorities, institutions and enterprises within the Branch's area of activity. 7. admitting ordinary members to the Branch.
7. admit regular members and remove them from the list of members. 8. admit supporting members.
To admit supporting members and to co-operate with them within the Branch possibilities, and to remove them from the membership list. 9.
9. to initiate and support within the Branch area the activities of school and student youth with respect to dissemination of the principles and achievements of technical diagnostics.
§ 38
The Branch Board may set up interdisciplinary teams to carry out specific tasks, grouping members of the Branch with different professions. 2.
The Branch Board may, based on a written resolution of the Presidium of the National Board, create company or local circles including regular members of the Branch. These circles become a part of the Branch and are subject to the Branch Management.
§ 39
The Branch Review Board shall consist of three persons who elect a chairman from among themselves. 2.
Meetings of the Branch Review Board shall be held as necessary, but at least once a year, in accordance with the rules of activity of Branch Review Boards as adopted by the General Review Board. 3.
Members of the Branch Review Board can take part in meetings of the Branch Board in an advisory capacity.
§ 40
The tasks of the Branch Review Board include
1) Controlling the compliance of the Branch activities with the PTDT Statutes, resolutions and stipulations of the PTDT supreme authorities and the General Meeting of the Branch.
2. submitting reports at the General Meeting of the Branch and putting forward a motion to discharge the resigning Branch Board. 3.
Make comments and motions regarding the Branch activities. 4.
4. carrying out resolutions and stipulations of the Main Audit Committee.
Chapter VI
Assets of PTDT:
§41
(1) The assets of PTDT shall consist of movable and immovable property and a fund arising from:
- contributions and other financial benefits of members,
- grants, donations and bequests,
- income from statutory activities (publishing, consulting, journalism, etc.)
- income from other activities, for which the consent of relevant authorities has been obtained,
- Income from real estate. 2.
The legal owner of the property is PTDT, on behalf of which acts the Main Board. Acquisition, management and disposal of this property belongs to the Main Board. 3.
The Main Board can authorize branch boards to use and manage part of the property. 4.
4th The property can be used only for activities in accordance with the statutes of PTDT.
The Society's property interests are represented outside by the chairperson of the Main Board or a Branch Board or persons authorized by them. For the validity of letters and financial documents concerning property obligations, signatures of two members of the Board are required, including the President or Vice President.
6 It is forbidden:
- granting loans or securing liabilities by the PTDT's assets in relation to its members, members of its organs or employees as well as persons with whom the employees are married or in a relationship of kinship or affinity in direct line, kinship or affinity in the collateral line to the second degree or are related by adoption, guardianship or custody, hereinafter referred to as "related persons
- to transfer the assets of the PTDT for the benefit of its members, members of its organs or employees as well as their relatives on principles other than in relation to third parties, in particular if the transfer is made free of charge or on preferential conditions
- using the assets of the PTDT for the benefit of its members, members of its organs or employees as well as their close persons on principles other than in relation to third parties, unless such use results directly from the statutory aim of the PTDT
- purchase goods or services on special principles from entities in which the members of the PTDT, members of its organs or employees as well as their close persons participate.
Chapter VII
Changes in the Statutes, dissolution of the PTDT:
§ 42
First Amendment to the Statutes requires a resolution of the General Assembly of Delegates taken by a majority of 2/3 of votes at the presence of half the members.
Dissolution of the PTDT requires a resolution of the General Assembly of Delegates adopted by a majority of 2/3 of votes in the presence of at least 2/3 of delegates.
§ 43
After passing a resolution on dissolution of the PTDT General Assembly of Delegates by simple majority of votes adopts an appropriation of assets and elects a seven-member Liquidation Committee.
